Title: How can FO be deployed?

I'm considering the possibility of paying several FO to cover the front of a few elements. I don't find any rule impeding to deploy them wherever I want as far as they are covering the front of an element. So could I buy five FO sections and deploy them at five different places on the battlefield?

See the bottom of p 11.

Any gaps between obstacles must be 1 element wide. There must be at least three element widths (240p) of obstacle between the gaps.
