Title: Baggage ....and deploys in 1 of them.
Post by: foxgom on January 30, 2008, 05:25:23 PM
Hi

Page 9.
Baggage
First paragraph.
Last sentence.

"Each non-allied command without command baggage shares the effects of Army baggage and it deploys in 1 of them".

Is this English?
1 of them what?
The non-allied command without army baggage must deploy in the Army Baggage?

What is it supposed to say?

This sentence means that the Army Baggage cannot be deployed in an allied command, but in a sub's/C-in-C command.

Hope it helps.  ;)

Each non-allied command without command baggage shares the effects of Army baggage and it deploys in 1 of them

The 'it' refers to the Army baggage. The 'them' refers to the non-allied commands.

So it could be written as:

Each non-allied command without command baggage shares the effects of Army baggage and the Army baggage deploys in 1 of the non-allied commands.
