Can someone post a link to the Army List book 2 please as I'm having difficulty finding it.

You need to join the DBMMlist Yahoo Group email list. It's not anywhere on this web-site.

And so far the revision is only about a quarter of the way through the book.

Fairly soon, judging from progress and Phil's comments on the DBMM list. I wouldn't be surprised if it was at the Printers by the end of this month.
