Title: Do false reinforcements need a tent to get changed in?
Post by: foxgom on October 02, 2008, 05:21:24 PM
Hi

Page 16
False reinforcements are only possible if ther army has Bg(O).

The reinforcements themselves are, for example, Hd(O).
See book 2 list 61 Hsien Pi for instance.

Why do the Horde(O) women need Bg(O)?  ???

Do they need in tent to hide in whilst getting changed to look like fierce warriors ?  ;D

I thought they were hiding behind the hill.....

Hi Neil,

I don't think that any woman ( sorry lady ) would be happy with ordinary Bags, they all seem to want superiore ( Louis Futon etc. ). Of course only the best war paint would be used to disguise themselves.

Hi Neil,

From memory False Reinforcements are people from the baggage train (women, porters, hangers-on, etc).

All the other baggage types (I, F) are mobile. So these people have to be with the baggage to move it. Only when it is immobile (O) [animals corralled, tents pitched, etc] can the baggage handlers be rounded up and told to "stand over there".

And if the army doesn't have Bg(O), then there are no baggage handlers to round up.....
