Title: Double Based BwX/BwO
Post by: arnimlueck on January 28, 2009, 04:12:31 PM
Can someone enlighten me how the rear Support of double based BwX with BwO works?

Sa we have a REGULAR combination of double based BwX with BwO.
Someone attacks me in the front.
I become a Sp(O) with support from the bow...
always? in the enemy bound? against all opponents?

do I need glasses or is this particular case so simple that I am searching for limitations that are not in the book?

Hi Arnim,

Page 36 middle

"+1 in enemy bound only if".

5th bullet "Bows"

Bw(S) or Bw(O) support Bw(X) fighting as Sp.

Yep - they get +1 for the 2nd rank in the enemy bounds vs all enemy - nothing in their own.

this "encourages" them to stand and defend rather than attack and is quite powerful for that purpose.

When a question is not to be found in any forum than the solution is spelled out in the book in 99% of all cases. I just couldn't find it.

Thanks for your help
