Where did you get the figures from? Are they originals or did you alter them?

The litter bearers are Fantasy figures from Black Raven, given some milliput clothes.
The monks are from Donnington.
The guards and standard bearers are from Mirliton with fans from Magister Militum.
The Pope is a Mirliton Hungarian cavalryman with a bit of conversion.
