I found uot a bug in the Army list generator 1.04. Superior cavalry chariots are given 1 ME only, not 2. I hope it helps.  ;)

Hi
The fix is easy :-
Click on Tools
Click on Protection
Then click on Unprotect sheet
The sheet can now be edited
Cell AR35 and AS35 both need to be changing from 1 to 2
That done re-protect the sheet by:-
Back to Tools
Click on Protection
Then click on Protect sheet
Leave password blank and click OK.

I have uploaded a fixed version to the DBMM.org.uk site.

Great! Thank you very much.

BTW, I found a new one. Commands with less than 4 elements are accepted. As you can read on page 14, all commands including a general must have at least 4 elements PLUS a general's element. Could you fix this too, please?  ;)
