Title: Weather rules - light wind

The weather rules take several lines to describe the direction that light wind is blowing.

Why? As far as I can tell, light wind has no effect on play, so how is its direction relevant?

It is relevant for Ships. Ships with no wind or sailing against the wind count as in difficult going.

Ah. Thank you. Having found nothing in the rules under Ships, Weather, Weather effects or Movement, it didn't occur to me to look under Water Features.
