Title: Delay battle stratagem with defending armies

Can someone confirm if this is all correct, please...

1. If I want to use the Delay Battle stratagem as a defender, I need to have my baggage fortified.

2. If the list doesn't provide for baggage fortifications, I have to fortify a BUAf and put the baggage there.

3. If the BUA is small enough, I can use TF or PF, but regardless I must pay for at least one gate.

4. There's nothing stopping me putting Bg (I) behind the fortifications; they just can't benefit from defending them.

Apparently is correct. At least I can't see anything wrong.
