Title: Final decission about passing through corners

Does someone know if Phil wants or doesn't want single friendly corners being passed through by recoilers? This question was presented at the Yahoolist and it seems it faded out, but I think it's fundamental because (probably) we have been playing wrong since 2007.  ???
