Title: Night attack contradictory rules

On page 22 is said that night attacks are allowed to the side moving first, but on page 23 is said that this option is only available to the side deploying second. I understand this last option is the correct one, but other opinions would be appreciatd. If so, a new errata should be added.

see clarifications:

Deployment Stage (2): Which side is allowed to select a night attack?
The side deploying second (see Time of Day or Night, p.23). There is a typo in the rules text
on p.22. The last sentence of stage 2 should read "...which could allow the side deploying
second to attack at night (see p.23)."
Committee, based on Phil Barker modifying p23 at a later stage than p.22 during
the DBMM v2 drafting process.
