Hi

where can I buy a new copy of DBMM2.0 ?

My old copy is falling apart.

Caliver do not stock them any more.

I recommend taking your new (and / or old) copy and taping it up with packaging tape.  I do it to all my books.  It waterproofs them and makes the cover much more durable.  I did this to my DbMM 2.0 rules and it really prolonged the life of the book.
