For myself, I was wondering about the idea of a new stratagem, tentatively called Bribe an Enemy Ally. The idea would be that the stratagem would allow you to nominate an enemy ally general who must reroll his first PIP dice, and take the lower of the two dice rolls. It thus nearly doubles the chance of the ally being unreliable.
A possible additional ability is that, if the enemy ally is unreliable with a first natural 1 on the PIP dice, you could save the stratagem until the enemy C-in-C commits PIPs to make the ally loyal. In this case the ally would become reliable only on a roll of 6 for their next attempt.
