Though months have passed already
I think it might be interesting for everybody to get to know how the competition went:
(and - to be frank - thus I hope to attract more players from abroad to the next year's event in Germany)

-We had 7 new players compared to 2015
- With 19 players participation increased by 36%
- Eighteen different armies were played !
- With two players from the UK and two from Belgium I proudly can state that we had an international event.

Thanks to the Ladies who prepared delicious salads the Barbeque on Saturday evening was a full success.

A special thank is due to Carlos, who brought half of his household to provide shadow during daytime and sufficient heat (on the barbeque grill) in the evening. Also he is to be honourably mentioned, since he is the only one who fought all three members of the Fischer-clan.

The results are:
1Thomas Kimmerle121Nikephorian Byzantine 970 AD
2Neil Fox118Fatamid 1000 AD
3Mike Bowles111Early Slav 790 AD
3Juergen Bohn111Pictish 477 AD
