I've just sent off competition details to the MOAB organisers to run DBMM. It should be up on the MOAB web-site soon. I've asked the organisers to confirm the entry cost.
Details are below.
This is intended to be a fun and relaxed competition over 2 days, leaving the Monday free for HOTT, shopping or a sleep in. I hope you can make it.

Objective: To have fun!
Rules: DBMM 1.0, plus the latest version of the Commentary.
Points: 400, plus another 10 to buy only stratagems.
Lists: One only, chosen from DBMM List Book 3, or DBM List Books 1, 2 and 4 as modified by the DBMM rules appendices. Please specify the year and location/general (if appropriate) of your army ? for example, Middle Imperial Roman, Eastern, Licinius, 324AD.
Days: Saturday 4 October and Sunday 5 October.
Games: 2 per day, for a total of 4.
Start time: 9am and 1pm each day.
Draw: By army date for round 1, and Modified Swiss Chess system after that.
Table size: 1.8m x 1.2m.
Terrain: A small amount will be available, but please bring your own as well.
Game length: Random between 3h 15m and 3h 30m, ending instantly time is called.
Scale: 15mm.
Prizes: First place and Players? player.
Other notes: Programmed armies are allowed. A small number of armies are available for loan; ask me. Please send your army list(s) to me for checking at least a week before the competition.
Baggage: For armies from the DBM list books, the following rules apply for selecting baggage:
1. Regular baggage is only available to armies with a regular C-in-C and regular sub-generals. All other armies can only use irregular baggage.
2. Bg (F) is only available to armies containing only mounted troops, mounted infantry and Psiloi. All other armies can only use Bg (O) or Bg (I).
3. An allied command of less than 10 troop elements cannot have more than 1 baggage element.
