"A new network of country wargames representatives has been formed called "The
Worlds".
This follows the withdrawal of a number of countries from the Internatioanl
Wargames Federation (IWF) due to dissatisfaction with how that organisation has
operated over a period of years. Attempts to reform the IWF from within have
been unsuccessful and accordingly The Worlds network has been formed with a much
simpler modus operandi.
