There is the facility to pre order on the Caliver Books web site (this appeared about a week ago)

So I suspect they are close - precise date unknown but free postage if preordered before September 1st

See http://www.caliverbooks.com/bookview.php?4271ce6607a6efb26a0b2ba2c930a355&id=12968

If you went to the page Dave provided the link to it says:

Quote
Description:
"Barker, P Expanded ancient army lists for the rules. Also useable for those sticking with DBM. Post free if ordered before September 1st."

I got free shipping overseas for the rules, and a replacement set when I sent the cover back - they seem to be pretty good to their word.
