Order of St.John list [#56]

Hi all,

Been looking at the Order of St.John list.  If in Greece from 1377 - 1381 AD, they can have Navarrese allies which, it states, can include an Italian ally-general.

Looking at the Navarrese list, the Italian condottieri ally-general is noted as commanding all and only Italians.  So, does this mean that a Navarrese ally command, commanded by an Italian ally-general, can only contain Italians [i.e. Italian elmetti & Italian crossbowmen] & not any of the otherwise compulsory Navarrese mesnaderos, Navarrese javelinmen, Gascon crossbowmen or Gascon bidets?
