Quick water features question

Dear all,

I can't find in the rules how many FE does a Sea, Lake, etc. cost. Any help, please?

p21, first para "Feature Equivalents".

First sentences talks about area features. Then it talks about roads (a linear feature) and then says ", and each other linear feature 2 FE".

Top of p19 tells you what are linear features (water feature, roads and frontier walls), though it does read more like a suggestion than a rule!
