basing artillery

I have one question about basing artillery:

in 15mm scale "artillery on wagons" goes on a 40 x 80 mm base (compare page 13)

page 34 then details the major difference versus other artillery, that Art(O) "on wagons" may shoot from front or side edges

In the later asiatic lists you find e.g. for Yi Dynasty Korea: "Upgrade hand-launched rockets to wheeled rocket-launchers - Reg Art (O)"
or for Ming Chinese: "Upgrade rocketeers to multiple-rocket launchers on carts or wheel-barrows - Reg Art (O)"

Are these types Art(O) "on wagons" or normal Art(O)? I made my models on 40x40 bases, but I assume that you could turn the asiatic carts quite easily because you do not have to fixate rocket launcher as solidly as you have to fixate gun-type artillery.

So in rules terminolgy:
1) carts == wagons?
2) wheeled rocket launchers == wagons?

I think they are just normal Art(O).IIRC only a few Byzantine armies get Art(O) on Wagons. :)

Art (O) on wagons are one of Phil's weird little id?es fixes. I think all instances are explicitly defined as "wagon-mounted" or the like.
