Turning after a Feigned Flight

Page 41 has the rules relating to Fleeing Elements. In the final paragraph of that section of the rules it says:
Quote
An impetuous element...that fled from combat turns 180o at the end of the bound...

Does this turning rule apply (a) only to elements which suffered a Flee result as a Combat Outcome, or (b) to all eligible elements which happened to be in combat (that is, also to elements undertaking a Feigned Flight)?

The question arose when my opponent used a FF to get some Irr Kn (F) out of combat.

It makes sense to me that (b) is the correct answer, and that's the interpretation we applied. But I thought I'd check it out.

The rules as written imply that you do both, i.e. you fled "from combat" so you turn at the end of the bound, and you did a feigned flight so you turn again at the end of the opponent's bound. Net result, you end up facing away from the enemy.

The so-called "Feigned Flight" is actually a "Feigned Rout" so I think (a) is probably intended. It wouldn't be very convincing if they turned round ready to charge again immediately.

Hopefully this will be clarified in 2.1
