Army Baggage count to ME

Hi,
as I read in the rules the armybaggage count for the ME of the C-in-C and the Sub-generals commands, but NOT for the ally-command.

But in DBM Armylist 66 book 4 Later Polish reading the lithuanian ally:
"treat ally-general as sub-general"

So count the "polish" army baggage for the ME-Value of the lithuanian ally-generals command?

Das Armybaggage hebt die ME des C-in-C und der Sub-gen. Kommandos, aber nicht die ME eines Ally-Commands.
Nun Liste 66 Buch 4 Later Polish
dort hei?t es bei den Lithauern "treat ally-general as sub-general". Hebt jetzt das Armybaggae auch die ME des lithauischen Ally-Commands??

Yes. He's a sub-general now, so he receives all benefits of another "real Polish" sub-generals.

Yes but the other way of looking at it even though he is a Sub- General,he is still in control of  an ally contingent from a different list so
there is a case that it might that it must still command baggage  instead of army baggage . Take a look at the Viking  list  in Bk. 3,even
they are Sub -Generals they are still an Ally contingent.So we might need a clarifiction on this.
