Club Challenge, Guildford, July 19th 2008
« on: May 27, 2008, 11:37:43 AM »
We are planning to have a small DBMM competion on the 19th July. Its desined to be a team challenge and we hope to have teams from Guildford, Pinner Central London and Reading. The format is yet to be decided but it will be pretty informal there will be at least two games played by each individual on the day. We can take up to 8 teams of 3 so if your club would like to attend please let me know. We are also happy to take individual players. I look forward to seeing you there.
Regards,
Ray Briggs

Dear Geoff,
Many thanks for collating the results and putting them up. I should point out that Dave Mather was awarded the runner up prize even though he and Ian Mackay had the same scores based on a predefined procedure based on commands , camps and generals won and lost. Dave edged it by the narrowest of margins, so comiserations to Ian, who was very sporting about the whole thing.
Regards,
Ray
