Single expendables exceeding 90 degrees?

:-[ A quick one for you all

If single expendables can wheel or pivot only up to 90 degrees can they use the EMTLUICC to go over or to 90 degrees to fall on the flank on an enemy?

IMO the wheeling of less than 90 degrees is only applicable for the normal movement.  The extra movement of up to 80 paces is exactly that.  If you did a wheel of 80 degrees and then moved straight forward to make contact, and then moved up to an extra 80 paces then I don't see any issues with the way in which the extra 80 paces is moved for two reasons : there is no exception in the EMTLUICC section, and it specifically says 'this is extra to normal movement'.

Just my opinion....
Cheers
