I read that now a command must have at least 4 ME of mounted and/or foot. Does it mean that now we can't make commands with WWg and a general only? I play with a later Hungarian including a subgeneral with 4 WWg only. They are train, not foot... :-\

That's correct.It was done to stop the unbreakable command i.e.Gen+4 Exp. :D

To stop the general + Exp or Hd (I) commands, the ME restriction would have been sufficient. I don't recall precisely what, but Phil had something against all-train commands, hence the foot/mtd criterion.
