According to Socrates Scolasticus, Sozomen and Zosimus the Late Roman Emperor Valens sent the army of Thrace to assist Fritigern in his civil war against Athanaricus. Therefore Bk 2 list 65 should have Late Roman (Eastern) allies from 373 to 376AD.

Further research into this has a slight modification-

Book 2, List 67 Tervingi
Only in 369AD or 375AD- Late Roman Allies (Eastern)

According to Socrates Scolasticus, Sozomen and Zosimus the Late Roman Emperor Valens sent the army of Thrace to assist Fritigern in his civil war against Athanaricus. Therefore Bk 2 list 65 should have Late Roman (Eastern) either in 369AD or 375AD as it was either of these years when Valens sent the army to support Fritigern (the date is not certain, it quite possibly was the reason why Valens campaigned against the Goths and thats why Athanaricus was defeated by the Romans in 369, or it could have been in 375 when Athanricus suffered a defeat at the hands of the Huns, Fritigern then making his play for the Gothic kingship).
