Title: Why Richard Lionheart is not Brilliant

Bohemund is but Richard is not. Could someone the logic behind that?

His use of a "changing deployment" stratagem as a brilliant stroke versus Alexius Comnenus

He clearly had read the rules on brilliant generals which Richard would appear not to have done  ;)

Richard's main area of brilliant seems to have been financial, mainly mortgaging and buying low/selling high.
