There are some lists that only allow up to 3 commands.
What about the Tibetan 3/15 list?
Is it possible to havs a CiC, 2iC, 3iC, 2 nomad ally commands and 2 ally Nepalese commands.
I realizE it may not be practical.
It might help with armies with huge numbers of cheap infantry. The Early Slavic list could probably benefit from 4-5 smaller commands. I think it would anyway.
