I have a question to the list last Option "Only in 180 AD and if C-in-C is Yang Hsuan"
Yang Hsuan is clearly eastern because the Western realm ended in 9 AD
(such a hint in the list's comments would be helpful ...)

I am not sure how to understand the last sentence in the comments:

"Yang Hsuan cannot use allies, or more than the minima of Cv or LH."
Does that mean Yang Hsuan can neither use allies nor the minima of Cv respectively LH ?
or can I use allies but not more than the minima of Cv / LH
or can I use more than the minima of Cv / LH but no allies ?

I am confused :-(

My thanks for any comments,
Axel

LOL! Yes, there are quite a few lists which would benefit from similar sorts of clarification...

No worries. It's the bolded one.

The logic is in the form of Yang Hsuan cannot {A} or {B}, where {A} = "use allies" and {B} = "use more than the minima of Cv or LH".

That is, both {A} and {B} are forbidden to him.

So he can use no allies, and he's also limited to the minimum number of Cv and LH.
